Hot water worked well, A/C worked well, and room was decently clean. Disliked that it was a motel with exterior doors rather than a hotel with doors not exiting to the outdoors. There were many shady-looking characters around the outside of the motel, the phone inside the room didn't work, breakfast was unavailable due to COVID(wonder how long that excuse will be used....makes a big difference in the budget when you're counting on having complimentary breakfast for 3 people!), and the workout gym was also not available due to COVID.

The bed linens clearly had not been changed from the previous tenant. There was makeup stains on the sheets. The light fixtures did not work. The only ones to work were bedside. Room smelled horrible. Pass on this property!

By far one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. We arrived there only to be told along with a lobby full of people waiting to check in, to come back in 30 mins bc they were short handed and all the rooms weren’t cleaned. Although I’m sure I reserved a non smoking room, we got a smoking room, which smelled like an ash tray! 10 mins after checking in, I had to call the front desk because there was tissue paper! Oh and upon arriving, the outside of the hotel look like a housing project, nothing like the pictures on Travelocity. Everything was just super sketchy about the staff and other occupants, a lot of the staff were in plain clothes so it was hard tell who actually worked there!! It was a lot of loitering. People hanging in the breeze ways and the balconies, I was scared to go to the car by myself! Saturday we went to the water park and when we came back our key didn’t work anymore!! We had to go find housekeeping to let us in, and they couldn’t explain why our key didn’t work anymore! It was all night noise, arguing, and laughing outside our door and breeze way! The wi-fi was pretty much non-existent, which was a big deal, especially for my 6 year old who’s ready to play on his tablet! I’ve never made a complaint but I had to because I’ve never experienced anything like that!!!

The maid never came one day to clean our room. Always short on towels. Overall it was a okay stay.
