Building is old but clean and appears to have fresh paint and updates recently, don’t the exterior be the deciding factor. Beds are comfortable, updated fixtures, friendly staff. Not much of a breakfast, more of a snackfast. My only complaint is they need bigger refrigerators in their rooms. Stayed 2 1/2 weeks

.. have been staying here for 4 years now when we visit Peoria … great staff and pleased with the management under Gil; nothing fancy BUT clean bedrooms & hallways/dining areas , comfortable bed, near stores/restaurants/gas station/Bradley University and serves light breakfast; bathroom re- paint could be more pleasing by the shower area.

Clean room - uncomfortable bed

Friendly, efficient staff. Clean, nicely decorated room. The king bed we had was very uncomfortable, though - hardly any support. The bathroom could use a hook or two for hanging up clothes.
