Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Minutes drive to downtown (OSF & Caterpillar) southbound, and less than 8 minutes to Peoria Heights. Parking on premise is free and unassigned.

This property has been remodeled in 2025 and contains 15 units.

There is absolutely no smoking allowed inside the units. Smoking includes tobacco products such as cigarettes, cigars, hookah, e-cigarettes, and vaping. Violators will be fined a $200 ozone cleaning fee and will be subject to immediate eviction without a refund.

If you need to smoke, please do so outside.

There is camera surveillance in the parking area as well as the main courtyard.

We love hosting furry companions. If your pet joins you on the sofa, please use a blanket or cover to protectg the upholstery. We kindly ask that pets stay off the beds and bedding. Guests may be charged for any pet-related damage or excessive cleaning.
