t as there was no fridge or microwave in room. The receptionist told us they were closing at 3 so no food closer than a 25 min drive. We were looking forward to the hot tub but they closed early so we could not use. She said we could use it tomorrow but checkout is at 10 and they don’t open it until 11 so we are not able to use. Very disappointed

Everything was fine but nothing like the pictures on the website and could have used a refrigerator and coffee for the Keurig. The receptionist was fantastic , friendly made you feel at home. We checked in around 2 pm on the 31st of May 2025

The host was very responsive, the price was reasonable, the rooms were clean and well appointed. I’m not sure what could be done about this, but the shower stalls are quite slippery, particularly for elderly guests. One of the toilets was backed up and not useable. (Didn’t discover this until late at night when we tried to use it.) The steps leading to the units are unsafe for elderly guests with mobility issues. Aside from these things that can be fixed, the rooms were designed well and comfortable with a nice view, great breakfast and friendly staff.

We booked for the spa. Got to property only to find that spa is closed during week and after 5 pm everything is closed. We paid spa prices/high season for a room to sleep in. Staff not helpful. Worst experience of my trip around Gaspe area.
