Greenways is a gorgeous character cottage in Bolingey, around 20 minutes walk to Perranporth village and award winning 3 mile long sandy beach. Surrounded by substantial, mature & very peaceful gardens with panoramic countryside views.

New to the holiday let market, Greenways has been tastefully renovated in 2025, preserving its character and features.
Downstairs, there is a kitchen, dining room and living room. The kitchen is fully equipped for a self catering holiday. There is an oven, a hob, a seperate fridge and freezer, a microwave and a combination washer/dryer.
The dining room has a dining table and chairs for 6, 2 additional chairs and a log burner. The living room has a large sofa and 2 armchairs and a smart TV with built in apps like Netflix, Amazon Prime and Spotify. The sofa folds out to a double sofa bed to accommodate 7 or 8 guests in total.
Upstairs
Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms, 2 with double beds and 1 with 2 full sized single beds. The bathroom has a separate shower and a bath tub.
Outside
Outside there is a large patio area with seating and a path with some steps to a lower level garden which is lawned. There is another lawned area to the side of the cottage too. The main patio and garden has panoramic views of the countryside.
There is parking for 2 cars
Location
Bolingey is a small village on the outskirts of Perranporth. Just a few minutes walk from Greenaways is the 17th century Bolingy Inn. Perranporth village centre is a couple of minutes drive or a 20 minute walk. The village centre has a wide range of shops, bars, pubs and restaurants to suit all tastes. Perranporth is very centrally located in Cornwall to explore the rest of the county. Truro, our cathedral city is about 8 miles away and well worth a day trip. Padstow to the north, home to Rick Steins’ Seafood Restaurant and St Ives to the west where you can visit the Tate gallery are both only 30 minutes by car as is Falmouth on the south coast where you could see anything from small yachts to cruise ships and everything in between!
