Accommodation information
Avala has been fully renovated throughout 2020 and finished to a very high standard. Situated in the heart of the village of Perranporth, the location is perfect if for accessing the beach and amenities on foot.
Downstairs
Downstairs, there is a large kitchen dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped with 2 ovens, an induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, a large fridge freezer and a Tassimo coffee machine. There is a large dining table to comfortably seat 10. There are also 2, 2 seat sofas in this room. The lounge has 3 sofas and a large wall mounted smart TV. There is one bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed and an en suite shower room. To the rear of the property there is a utility area with a washer/dryer and a shower room.
Upstairs
Upstairs there are 4 more bedrooms. 2 have double beds, one with an en suite shower room. One has 2 single beds and the other with full size bunk beds. There is are 2 other bathrooms with a small bath and a separate WC. There is a second lounge upstairs with a sofa and a table and 2 chairs. There is also another large smart TV in this room. The upstairs lounge can also be accessed directly from one of the double bedrooms. Off the lounge is a kitchenette. There is a combi oven/microwave, a hob and small counter top fridge. A hallway leads to another shower room and stairs down to a utility area with another washer/dryer, a large fridge/freezer and an additional entrance.
All bedding and personal towels are provided but please bring your own beach towels.
Oceans View and Michaelstow are nearby properties and could be suitable to book together.
Outside
Outside there is a large area of decking above an enclosed garden mostly laid to lawn. There is parking for 3 cars.
Location
Perranporth village centre is only a minute stroll away. The village centre has a wide range of shops, bars, pubs and restaurants to suit all tastes.
Perranporth is very centrally located in Cornwall to explore the rest of the county. Truro, our cathedral city is about 8 miles away and well worth a day trip. Padstow to the north, home to Rick Steins’ Seafood Restaurant and St Ives to the west where you can visit the Tate gallery are both only 30 minutes by car as is Falmouth on the south coast where you could see anything from small yachts to cruise ships and everything in between!
