Located in the popular Atlantic Bay complex, Sand Dunes is a 4 bedroom penthouse that has been beautifully presented and very spacious, comfortably accommodating 8 guests and your dog can come too! Parking for 2 cars.

Accommodation information
Sand Dunes is arranged over 3 floors. The ground floor has an entrance hallway and storage cupboards with wind breaks, body boards and other beach gear for guests to use during their stay. There is also a barbecue and a tumble dryer. On the first floor there is a bedroom with full size bunk beds and a shower room with wash basin and WC. The top floor has 3 more bedroom, 2 with double beds and a twin rooms which has a wall mounted TV and a PS3. There is also a family bathroom with a bath, shower, wash basin and WC
The rest of the top floor is spacious and open plan. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a self catering family holiday, including an oven, hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. There is a large dining table that seat 8. The lounge has 3, 3 seat sofas and a large flat screen TV. All bed linen and towels are provided. There are 2 travel cots and 2 high chairs for guests to use too.

Perranporth village centre is only a minute stroll away. The village centre has a wide range of shops, bars, pubs and restaurants to suit all tastes.
Perranporth is very centrally located in Cornwall to explore the rest of the county. Truro, our cathedral city is about 8 miles away and well worth a day trip. Padstow to the north, home to Rick Steins’ Seafood Restaurant and St Ives to the west where you can visit the Tate gallery are both only 30 minutes by car as is Falmouth on the south coast where you could see anything from small yachts to cruise ships and everything in between!
