Subiaco apartment
A very confortable apartment, very clean all details have been looked after, I definitively recommend this apartment for confort, proximity of shops, restaurant, walking distance to Kings Park and proximity of transport. The train station a bit noisy at time.

Convenient
Good complex/secure parking; easy stroll to grocery store, coffee (Layers Bakery - the absolute best) & other services. Train station at your front window (noise did not suit us, cannot leave windows open), complex residents quiet as church mice; Cleanliness was 50/50 (bathroom was spotless, kitchen appliances left dirty in cupboards), evidently pets lived there before being an Air B&B; bed was ok, but pillows need tossing out. All in all some tweeking on kitchen/laundry cleanliness and freshening up of bed dressings this is an awesome spot. It was a good stay and served our purpose. It will suit some and not others.

Disappointed with cleanliness and check in process
Communication with the property agent wasn’t very forthcoming. I had a late check in and only received check in details at the very last minute. No information provided about wifi details or the local area. Cleanliness of the apartment could have been better. Oven was dirty and the white towels provided looked old, which required a hot wash before use. Lack of basic cooking necessities in the kitschy was disappointing. I had expected salt and cooking oil to at least have been provided. Location of the apartment was very convenient.

Location !!
Everything you could possibly need is almost on your door step, Woolworths, Chemists, Subi Pub, Train, Bus service not to forget the endless Cafes and Food choices. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, cups etc, big tv, large comfy bed and lounge.
