The Hotel room was large in comparison to some. The price per night was good however having to pay $17 per day for parking on top took the limelight off it for me. I stayed there as my husband was having surgery at a Perth Hosital. The smell that comes through the airconditioning system at times if pretty horrible. Public transport is right at the front door of Hotel which is very handy.

The property is a little dated, but clean and sufficient for a business trip such as mine. Price seemed good value. Position is great for CBD, river and East Perth.

Great customer service and staff. The rooms are standard but in good condition and clean. The location was what I wanted, an easy walk to the hospital and shops. Only negative the rooms aren’t sound proof so could hear some very noisy neighbours late at night when trying to sleep.

The weather and stay was so good but the type of service we got was so terrible First we were told that there is only one room booked but then we checked our bookings again and informed them that there were 2 bookings Also there was an additional $100 bond charged and we were informed that the bond will be refunded back but it wasn’t Please be careful next time when you guys are charging us the bond
