Sunset Views - 3 Bedroom Townhouse

Sunset Views is a wonderful family and pet friendly property that is only minutes away from the beach with ocean glimpses.

The top level is where you will find the very spacious master bedroom. Fitted with a queen-size bed, private sitting area with TV, large double ensuite bathroom and two private balconies with views. There is also a reverse cycle aircon to keep it comfortable all year round.

The second bedroom and third bedroom are located on the middle level. The second is fitted with a queen-size bed, aircon, and balcony, and the third is fitted with two king single beds, which could be converted into a king-size, aircon and balcony. Both bedrooms have fitted robes.

The main guest bathroom is also located on the middle level and is fitted with a bath and shower, with the toilet in a separate room.

The fully equipped kitchen is open plan to the dining and living area. There is also an additional sitting area located off the kitchen, perfect as a kids rumpus area.

Located to the back of the kitchen is the laundry with an additional toilet.

Parking is secure and available for several cars.

Please be aware that a $300 security bond is required for this property. This will be returned within 7 days of your departure providing that the apartment is left in a satisfactory condition.

Great place
Really liked the space in the house. Nice having en-suite. Top bedroom gets very hot as it’s open plan, need air on on downstairs to cool the air rising. Lovely spacious top room. Nice outside area. Management staff are excellent.
