This slopeside community not only offers unbeatable access to the lifts, but it also offers an incredible mix of seasonal and year-round amenities to complement your stay, including a clubhouse, a seasonal (heated) pool, tennis courts, playgrounds, a winter sledding hill, and a firepit. A seasonal shuttle service also provides access to the Bromley Mountain Base Lodge. Manchester and Londonderry are each a short drive from the townhome. In the summer, the Bromley Adventure Park offers the longest zipline in New England, alpine slide, tree-top adventure course, climbing wall, and many other activities.

A gorgeous stone fireplace and vaulted ceilings frame the main living area, with a plush sectional and a TV included for comfortable family gatherings. Sunny days can be enjoyed out on the private deck. Stainless steel kitchen appliances are ready and equipped to handle home cooking. The upstairs primary boasts a private en suite and incredible views of the pond and the Vermont mountains. Additional perks include a private washer/dryer and free WiFi.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
