I had to ask for changing bedsheets and pillow cases. Hair dryer was not working properly. Heater was not working enough to warm up the room.

good hotel. 2 star by international ranking. safe and clean rooms. Rooms are a bit worn down - but good. staff is very friendly and accommodating.
