This light-filled home is ideally situated between San Francisco and Santa Rosa, a short drive from the Pacific Coast and the best Napa and Sonoma County wineries.

Truly unique, this home blends in with a gorgeous hillside of Coastal Live Oak trees. Situated on a private road at the edge of the city, you'll feel like you are deep in the peaceful Sonoma hills while only two miles from downtown Petaluma. A calming California breeze can be enjoyed on the spacious deck, and if you are lucky, you might see passing quail, wild turkeys, or even the neighborhood fox darting by. In season, wild plums grow throughout the property, and favorite neighbors include goats, alpacas, chickens, and horses.

Inside, the open-concept living room, dining room, and kitchen blend in perfect harmony. Here, you can dine, cook, relax, and visit with those who mean the most to you.
