Great place to stay for the night, lady who checked us in with lovely, she had some really awkward rude customers before a hand, and she was calm and friendly the whole time, checked us in quick no issues. Room was just what we needed, decent size, clean and comfy

On the whole the property was very good clean and of good condition there was a small issue with the bed base but nothing major

My allergy was triggered by the strong smell of cigarette smoke in the room, which made for a terrible night. Unfortunately, airing out the smoke by opening the window didn’t help—it only let in loud street noise. If I knew that this hotel allows smoking in the rooms, I would never have stayed here. The pleasant side was the young lady at the reception, who was very helpful and understanding, which I truly appreciated.

Room had a bad odour immediately you came in. Obviously had not been aired as Window has been faulty for atleast a week however the property still chose to let room out to clients knowing fully well that they have not yet sorted out maintenance repairs. Manager offered a piece of wood to allow window open and refused to change my room because according to him it was a "cheap" room. I could not sleep all night due to the bad odour. Thankfully I had an early check out time. Such a terrible waste of my money.

Worst hotel I’ve stayed in for years. Staff ok but room disgusting. Dirty spoon in coffee cup, bathroom pipes leaking, window handle broken. A car got broken into in the hotel car park while I was staying.

£9.50 EACH FOR A BREAKFAST WE CANT EAT. WETE TOLD WE HAD TO PRE BOOK VEGITARIAN OPTIONS. NOTHING ON THIS SITE. CHECK IN STAFF DID NOT INFORM US. TERRIBLE. Our room was hot. The window stuck open and thenoise of traffic kept us awake. The shower plug was blocked and using it flooded the bathroom. We have srayed here before and loved it. It has really gone down hill.
