Positive Point. Room clean & tidy. Negative points. Car parking is awful nothing but a mud patch, WiFi not working no signal duration of stay, 2 of the 3 day stay no milk in room. No breakfast supplied or available near by..

I would like to complain about the hotel accomodation provided last night. First off, the car park was a swamp. I quite literally got stuck in thr mud when turning my van around. Next there was no food facilities in the lodge. It was just a room. No evening meal and no breakfast. The site was slap bang in the middle of a housing estate, which had a pub a few hundred yards down the road bit i dont drink and will not visit a pub. The shower was so small i coild only just get in it. The bed was single, i am not a small person and have not slept in a single bed in over 20 years.
