Great up north house

Came up for a few days of disc golf, rock Hunting, sightseeing, and just relaxing. House was in a great location for what we needed. Loved the back porch for meals and card games. Living room had plenty of seating for watching TV or hanging out. Would definitely come back and stay again.

My family and I are very familiar with Boyne City and have stayed at several rentals here. This one was by far our favorite. Excellent location, the host is amazing and did such a fabulous job decorating the property and keeping it clean and tidy. Also making himself available for questions. Birthday Getaway

We came up north to celebrate my birthday and enjoy the fall colors. The weather did not cooperate, as it was mostly a rainy, windy week. Fortunately, the house was cozy, comfortable and inviting as we spent a lot of time there. It was very clean and the nautical decor is charming. The kitchen is well stocked. The location is very convenient, too. We would definitely stay there again if visiting Boyne City.

This house is the perfect location. It was centrally located for all the beauty to see from Boyne City, Petoskey, Harbour Springs, Mackinaw City to Legs Inn. The house is a true 5 star rating. It is very clean, comfortable setting for 4 adults. The owner is right on top of things and quick to respond to any questions. The kitchen has everything you could want to make a great meal a home. Downtown Boyne City is walkable from this location with all the beauty along side the lake. What a great place. We will differently be back to stay at this rental. The house is neat, clean, cozy, and comfortable. The kitchen is full of spices. Was hoping they would have at least offered water. Dog friendly in Boyne City

The house itself is fine and the location is great. If you have dogs, you should know the yard is not totally fenced. There is no fence along the back, and the fence on the side is not all the way to the ground (one side). I have small dogs, and they can fit under the fence on one side. In addition, there is no fencing along the sides to the edges of the house, where you might have gates. Also, it says it will sleep 5, but that 5th person would need to be a small child to fit on the couch.
