Pleasant house in the south of France for 12 people

We rent our villa on the Côte d'Azur in Peymeinade 20 minutes from Cannes, near Grasse, not far from Lake St. Cassien ... Many small villages to visit ( Cabris, St Cesaire, Mougin, Saint Paul de Vence...)... This is a lovely villa on a 2800 m2 plot for 12 people with a large 12 m/6m swimming pool and about 100 M2 of terrace (front and back). 5 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 3 shower rooms. 1 bedroom with en-suite bathroom and double bed (2 x 90cm beds), a second bedroom (double bed - 2 twin beds) with shower room, both overlooking the pool and a bedroom on the second floor with shower room and 2 bunk beds (4 children) and a final bedroom with 2 twin beds .... BBQ, plancha, wine fridge, cot/high chair for your little one.

Ferienhaus Peymeinade
Die Übergabe des Hauses war unsorgfältig, wichtige Informationen wurden nicht mitgeteilt .Anleitungen zu Geräten und anderem waren nicht vollständig. Am allerschlimmsten war der Zustand der Küche; unfassbar dreckig und ekelerregend! Bevor wir erstmals kochen konnten, mussten wir eine umfassende Reinigung vornehmen, das ist nicht in Ordnung, zumal die Reinigung bezahlt werden muss! Schade, da die Umgebung sehr schön ist und das Haus viel Platz bietet!

Une semaine entre amis !
Une très belle semaine entre amie à Peymeinade. Nous étions 12 adultes (4 personnes dans des lits superposés), plus adaptés pour 8 adultes. Une maison bien pensé, une piscine et un jacuzzi très agréable, une cuisine équipée et fonctionnelle. Les chambres sont spacieuses. Quartier assez calme malgré des voisins à proximité. Tous les commerces à moins de 10 minutes. Nous avons loué un bateau pour visiter les Îles de Lerins (30 min en voiture ou en TER pour se rendre à Cannes), visite et baignade (pour les plus courageux) dans les gorges du Loup à 40 minutes, baignade dans le Lac de Saint Cassien à 15 minutes à peine. Merci pour ce séjour !

Wonderful house with great swimmingpool
The house of Guy is beautiful and has a large garden around the house. The swimmingpool is large! We used it every day. The inside is classy decorated and every utility is available. Communication with Guy as well as the keeper of the house was excellent. The area is a residential area. Although we were there mid-summer it was rather quiet. From Peymeinade you have all kinds of possibilities to travel to the coast or to the amazing Gorges du Verdon. Guy gives you great recoomendations and there is a lot to do. We would definitely recommend the house!

Nous n'y retournerons pas !
Piscine impraticable malgré l'annonce et la confirmation du propriétaire !Nettoyage couteux (200 euros) fait très superficiellement, vaisselle très sale, nous avons passé notre temps à tout laver, eau dans la cuisine à cause de la pluie, appareil défectueux (cafetière, aspirateur robot), draps housse douteux (alèze avec des tâches), poussière et toiles d'araignées, manque d'eau chaude (9 personnes), en fait de grands lits ce sont des lits jumeaux juxtaposés, etc... Bref, pour le prix on s'attendait à autre chose.
