The Ilmhaus 2 is located in the small village Gaden with about 100 inhabitants.
The romantic and lovingly decorated Ilmhaus 2 with about 80 square meters of living space, invites you to relax and switch off for up to 6 people. Outside there is a beautiful garden, located directly on the water. The idyllic village lies in the wide plains of the Danube valley. The rivers Danube and Ilm flow parallel to the site.
All major Bavarian cities such as Regensburg, Ingolstadt, Augsburg, Munich, Nuremberg and Landshut are nearby and can be reached within 30-60 minutes.

Sehr schönes Haus
Es war ein echt schönes Wochenende. Das Haus ist echt niedlich mit seinem versteckten Zimmer über dem Kamin. Außerdem war es sehr gepflegt und sauber. Vor allem haben wir es genossen mit den Hunden an der Donau spazieren zu gehen und am Fluss direkt am Haus zu entspannen. Vielen Dank und sehr gerne wieder

Ideal für Erholungssuchende
War ein super entspannender Kurzurlaub. Für Hundebesitzer geeignet, da man fußläufig ca 40O Meter bis zum Ortsende hat und hier vielfältige Laufmöglichkeiten bestehen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für alle Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs nur ca 4 Kilometer entfernt.

Unser Aufenthalt im Im Häuschen war wunderschön. Das Häuschen hat alles was man für einen Urlaub braucht und die Lage ist Traumhaft. Wir haben es alle sehr genossen. Kommen bestimmt mal wieder.

Das Ferienhaus war super ausgestattet, in ruhiger Lage. Drotz der ruhigen Lage kann man innerhalb von einer Stunde in vielen verschiedenen schönen Städten sein. Die Kinder waren von ihrem Zimmer begeistert.

wir haben unseren Urlaub genossen, es war ruhig, man hört die Vögel zwitschern, kann die Natur beobachten. Achtung viele Stechmücken am Wasser! Zentrale Lage für Ausflüge (Therme, Altmühltal, Kelheim, Donau...) Die vielen Stufen im Haus sind etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, Schmale Treppe ins Schlafzimmer nach oben

Sehr gemütliches Haus in ruhiger Lage
Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, die Küche gut ausgestattet und die Umgebung für Hund und Mensch zum Bewandern bestens geeignet! Die Donau ist fußläufig nur wenige Minuten entfernt, der Wald und die Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Check-In und -Out-Zeiten sehr angenehm und flexible Anreise durch den Schlüsselkasten. Super nette und schnelle Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und Hausverwalter. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Schöner Kurzurlaub mit Hund
Das Ferienhaus liegt idyllisch an der Ilm und ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Auch unser Labrador hat das Ferienhaus mit dem direktem Flusszugang sehr genossen. Gerne wieder!
