This cozy, modern one bedroom is located in the Passyunk Square neighborhood of South Philadelphia. WE HAVE A STRICT NO PARTY POLICY. This apt serves as a home away from home for traveling professionals and a safe, comfortable space for those leisurely traveling.
We are minutes away from restaurants, shopping, nightlife, and all the main attractions in Philadelphia including Center City, the Art Museum, and Olde City. We are located 9 miles from Philadelphia International Airport.
Parking is on a first come first serve basis.

The space:
Our guests have access to a friendly indoor community room equipped with free wifi, work stations, pool table, board games, a large TV, and great lounge seating. So kick your feet up and watch your favorite show while enjoying free gourmet coffee, tea, or hot chocolate either in the community lounge area or in the apartment.

QUIET HOURS ARE 10PM-6AM
WE HAVE A VERY STRICT NO PARTIES OF ANY KIND POLICY AND VIOLATORS WILLL BE FINED AND RESERVATION WILL BE CANCELLED WITHOUT A REFUND.
*A $400 PARTY FEE WILL BE IMPOSED
*NO MORE THAN 4 GUESTS IN THE UNIT AT ALL TIMES.
*AN EXTRA GUEST FEE OF $100 WILL BE IMPOSED PER GUEST
*ALL GUESTS BE ADDED TO THE GUEST LIS. TO UPDATE A GUEST NAMES DURING YOUR STAY SIMPLY SEND A MESSAGE OR TEST ME. THIS IS MANDATORY.
*NO LINGERING IN THE HALLWAYS
*PLEASE REFRAIN FROM ENGAGING IN ACTIVITIES THAT DISTURB THE PEACE OF THE COMMUNITY, ESPECIALLY DURING QUIET HOURS
*PLEASE DO NO DYE YOUR HAIR IN OUR SINKS OR BATHTUBS.
*PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE ANY STREAMING SERVICES , MOVIES, OR APPS ON OUR TV'S DURING YOUR STAY. IF YOU DO, PLEASE BE ADVISED WE WILL REQUEST MONEY TO COVER THE FEES.

NO SMOKING IN THE UNIT:
*THERE WILL BE A $300+ FEE ASSESSED IF RULE IS VIOLATED.

*IF ANY OF OUR HOUSE RULES ARE VIOLATED, YOUR RESERVATION WILL BE CANCELLED, YOU WILL NEED TO LEAVE THE PREMISES IMMEDIATELY AND YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND.

If you are more of an outdoors person, there is a also an outdoor community area with fire pits, patio furniture, and barbecue grills.

Guest access:
Guest has access to the lobby, outdoor spaces, and the entire one bedroom apartment.

Other things to note:
Please note: PARKING IS STREET PARKING ONLY AND IS ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS. WE SUGGEST PARKING ON 12th, 13th or Washington Avenue. Most of our guest highly suggest parking on 13th street.

The keyfob is how you enter the building and unit. The virtual key is a one time use key so please hold on to the keyfob to get in the building and in the unit.

If you would like to dispose of trash, there is a trash chute a couple of doors down from the apartment
