Loud guests. Music blaring at all hours. People having loud arguments in rooms. Dirty room, nothing in kitchenette for use. Seriously considered leaving, if it hadn't been 3am

Very noisy hotel with doors banging all of the time. Shower had terrible water pressure, sink was clogged. Kitchenette did not have a oven just two burner stovetop. There were no dishes or silverware in cabinets and no pots and pans to cook with. Staff could have been more courteous. You had to ask front desk for these items. And who knows if you had to pay extra for them. So we just bought our own plastic items to eat from. Windows on the bottom floor can open so it was not safe. Very dirty carpet throughout. The address was very hard to find because signs were not posted properly. Some of luggage carts were very old and hard to move. Lamp had a short circuit, Room needs more outlets. Closet had no hangers. Bed was very hard and pillows were too soft. The hotel needs major renovations.

The garage cans had someone else’s trash still in them. There wasn’t any cooking supplies or dishes at all. The bathroom walls above the shower had hair on them. The tv wouldn’t work even after we put new batteries in the remote. The continental breakfast was either coffee or hot chocolate.
