We didn’t have breakfast yet. I had no idea the parking garage noted to park in was $45 a night. And it’s sketchy to walk around at night so we stayed in the hotel.

Spacious clean room. Fantastic location next to the Reading terminal and China town. Restaurant on top floor decent and convenient after a long day traveling. We will definitely stay here again

Staff were not receptive to inquiries for additional pillows and towels for our sofa bed and family. When a room is booked for a certain number of people, at least that number of pillows and towels should be available without asking the front desk. "The hotel was too full to have any more pillows or towels for us" - seriously? The pillows were a sorry excuse for pillows anyway - very soft, similar to folding a t-shirt and putting it behind your head. Parking is NOT onsite and NOT in conjunction with the hotel, as the website says it is. Parking is in the convention center parking lot - you must exit the parking garage and walk a couple doors or around the corner, and then enter the hotel. Not helpful for a large traveling group - and false advertising.

Infested with BED BUGS!!!!! We woke up to multiple bed bugs in the bed. We were told we would receive a refund for 2 nights and then were only given 1. We have multiple bites and run the risk of having bedbugs in the belongings we had with us and bright home. DO NOT STAY HERE.

The room they initially gave me was a downgrade from the original booking. Not only was at a downgrade that was not informed to me, but the room was dirty, it had mold, and the linen was falling apart. The person at the front desk, I believe his name is Michael gave me a really nasty attitude upon checking in because he claimed he could not find the reservation. When I asked to switch rooms, I told her the same person and explain the situation. No apology, no customer service came through any of my interactions with him. Had to move rooms after a meeting. I had so getting a new room at almost 6 o’clock was not convenient. Also, the room they gave me was the correct room as it was clearly a different setup and different size. This room was also old, a lot of mold in the tiles, hair in the sink hair on the floor around the toilet by the closet on the room floor. The linen was also old. This is an overall disaster. On top of not being able to check in to my reserve the room, I was charged $25 as an early check-in fee. Which was not confirmed. I did not agree to discharge so I will be disputing this as well. This was a mistake. Will never return to that hotel.

We had asked for a crib when we made the reservation. I called the morning of our travel and the hotel assured me that one would be available. After we arrived it took hours for the staff to locate a crib. Otherwise things were good.

Cleaning staff were very friendly and room was clean and spacious. Disappointed with the front desk staff. Requested multiple times to have an extra blanket and was told each time they would send one up. Never arrived. Area is pretty dirty outside the hotel but located in a convenient area.

I had high expectations given that this is part of the Hilton chain, but unfortunately they weren’t met. I’m not sure if it’s a cultural difference, but the front desk staff were consistently unfriendly, rarely smiled, and often came across as quite rude and overly direct. I always had the feeling that any request I made was seen as an inconvenience. The room itself didn’t feel particularly clean — there was visible dust, and one of the beds wasn’t properly made. Overall, it wasn’t the best experience, to be honest, and it fell short of what I would expect from a Hilton property.
