I booked this for $170 a night and ended up paying over 260 a night. Expedia did not honor their “last minute deal” Totally deceptive. I should get at least a $100 refund . This property was cheaply appointed limited but extremely expensive breakfast. And just a total ripoff, and Expedia did not honor the price for which I booked…they went along with the last minute price hike as I was checking out. Expedia should not be facilitating a corporate ripoff. This is a noisy, unsafe, cheaply appointed, exorbitantly priced terrible deal

I stayed at this hotel for one night and was very disappointed with the experience. When I arrived, my room wasn’t ready—even though it should have been—and the staff told me they would call me as soon as it was available. They never called. I ended up waiting much longer than expected, and because of that, I couldn’t shower or change before my dinner plans. It was definitely not the experience I was hoping for. I expected better communication and readiness from the hotel.

When we pulled up to the property there wasn’t anyone directing traffic so people were parking in a way that made sense. However, we wouldn’t know that valet needed to move cars so after the fact I was told I needed to move which was fine but it was the way the message was delivered. Second the front desk told us we didn’t have a room, then told us we were lucky because they were fully booked. We paid up front in full, why was that necessary to say? We checked in later than anticipated around 9pm so what the room WE PAID FOR should’ve still been available. Valet wasn’t an option because it was full. When we were bringing our things into the hotel one of the bellmen couldn’t even tell us how to get to the elevators to get to the other side where our room was. Then not to mention there was no hot water in the room. We’ve stayed at lower end hotels and higher end hotels and have never experienced this type of “customer service.” Will not be staying here again and don’t recommend anyone else to stay here either.
