Property has many issues
The description of the property is greatly misleading. The address is on one street, but the entrance is from a cobble alley behind the building. The cab driver would not go there, so we pulled our suitcases almost a block past sidewalks blocked with trash cans and bags of trash. Granted it was trash day, but our entrance had trash (no cover to trash cans) outside for the whole stay. The layout with the Murphy bed is very cramped when it is down, and it's hard to get in and out for the person by the wall. The only two stools are broken, so there is no place to sit to work or eat. The dishwasher was full of rust spots because it had not been emptied and a pan was left in it that had become rusty. Also the dishwasher upper washer arm was detached, so only half the dishes were cleaned. The clothes dryer door had to be held shut by pushing a bin against it. The bed is very short (barely fit a 5'7" person), but bathroom facilities (mirror, shower) are for a giant. I, at 5'1", didn't see my face the whole time. Owner responded quickly to some questions but sent no one to fix the problems like the broken stools or dishwasher. We were given no instructions on what needed to be done by us on leaving the place.Still stayable, but not pleasant. I gave it a 2 rather than a 1 because it was quiet and had a good refrigerator.
