When I first arrived my thoughts were that this place needs to be demolished. It is old, carpets stained and worn and the elevator buttons were even broken on second floor. You can easily tell the management is struggling. However the staff is what makes the difference. No bugs, no dirty sinks, it was obvious the housekeepers do their jobs well. The receptionists really made the difference - especially Helen. They go out of their way to help their guests. Helen even anticipated needs and offered assistance that was invaluable. So don't let initial appearances deceive you, this place is a gem due to its employees.

The room was nice, clean and comfortable. The breakfast every morning and coffee all day was great. Friendly guests too. The staff was dishonest in telling me they only allow 5 night stays. They claimed this is because they do not want people establishing residence. They told me this on the morning of day 5.
