The location is great, as is walkable to museums and Rittenhouse Square. The rooms are large. Lighting could be improved-- only 2 desk lamps in bedroom area, so no lighting over the table. Noise level in hallways and after 10:00 pm was high. While not the staff's fault-- and perhaps just bad luck-- there were several very loud parties on our hall and street noise, so it was difficult to sleep.

The first room we got smelled like a gas station bathroom. The $250 security deposit was not expected and upseting beause I needed that money for my trip.
