Our stay at Yolanda's place was perfect for us. The space was clean, really cute, felt very comfortable to be in, and we had everything we needed. Communication with Yolanda was great and it was very helpful having parking right next to the building.

I go to Philly every year for a music festival. It tends to be a hit or miss with the houses we stay in. I will say this one was definitely one of my favorite ones we've found. I felt safe in this location, it was clean and the host was phenomenal. I would definitely stay here again!

My first visit to Philadelphia under unexpected circumstances. I had to find place pretty quick. I booked this place not knowing the surrounding area. The inside was clean and true to the photos online. The shower rod wasn’t up in the shower but the owner was super responsive and had someone there in minutes. Good experience overall.

Fun times in Philly
My girlfriends and I were in Philly for a festival. The home was immaculate, it looked just like the posting. The location was good, short drive to everything and a short walk to local restaurants. The host was a great communicator. My critics would be the the check in process, which was a headache. There is a code and 2 door knobs that have to be turned simultaneously to enter the property. It took us several minutes to figure it out. There is also only one key for the group to share. However, those miner issues were not deal breakers. Overall the beautiful home an amazing Philly experience was worth the slight headache LOL. We would definitely stay again.
