James was a great host! Very accommodating and ensured we had everything we needed. Place was well-kept and comfortable, and was only a 7 min walk to the MET for our show. Would stay here again!

The condo was nice and clean, very spacious and had everything we needed. Parking was easy to find on the street. It’s close to a subway and to The Met and we felt safe walking that short distance even at night. The neighborhood is in some transition, but overall was great.

Pro: Beautiful apartment! Spacious, clean nicely decorated. Comfy beds and Tv in each room. Con: There was no coffee, creamer or sugar. There was a coffee pod machine and no pods The showers only had body wash. No shampoo No conditioner These are common amenities that is expected. I think the host should add to the listing that these items are not available or make them available. I was disappointed to start my day with no coffee and only body wash. Overall: Other than that I would book it again. Communication: I emailed the host about the coffee and shampoo. He did not reply. I emailed to ask if we could stay another night. He did not reply. I asked if there were any move out instructions. He did not reply.

This is not a good part of town. Our car was broken into on the first night breaking passenger side front window. The couch in the one bedroom had a broken leg making it nearly impossible to sleep on. The queen sized bed literally broke in the middle of the night slamming us to the ground. We tried numerous times to get ahold of the host. Called VRBO and they couldnt get ahold of the host either! When the cops came to investigate the car, they told us "that was the nicest thing they could have done to us" referring to the robbers. This is really not a good part of the city. Id recommend staying somewhere else!

Hot Chocolate Race and Birthday Weekend

We had a great stay. It was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. Great price and really cute decor. Love the colors!The only complaint would be that the futon was definitely not queen size as listed in the description, so one person had to sleep on the orange couch in the other bedroom. Not a big deal, but maybe update your listing.
