Perfect place to relax.

After island hopping for 2 weeks, we unwound for 6 nights is this spacious and comfortable apartment. All the creature comforts. Great location centrally located between Phillipsburg, Simpson Bay area and Cole Bay. Definitely need a rental vehicle. Views are AMAZING and always something to watch on the water. (Take your binoculars!!) The host was so responsive and pleasant. It was a fantastic finale to out Caribbean vacation. Thank you Franjesca!!

"Breathless view"

For our first stay at this private appt we can say that the place was as expected as described. The owner (Franjesca) was easy to deal with, quick on reply.... and of course a very pleasing person. We easily arrived to the property with all the helpful provided directions. The Appt is fresh new and located at the lower level of the villa. The pool is located at the owner (upper level). We enjoyed the appt with all his utilities. Air conditioning was working well and not noisy. Appt was clean and well decorated.. and of course the “fantastic and breathless” sea view and mountain view of Philipsburg Port for boats arrival. We strongly recommend Franjesca’s place. Hope to come again. Thanks Franjesca. Tips: We bought a cell “SIM” card at “Tech Hub” (a small cell store just by the “Carrefour Market” store in Philipsburg 1.5km from the villa). A must: Maho beach for airplanes.
