The room was very clean and tidy. The staff were very helpful. Request for taxi service to the airport waited for over an hour. With the help of a neighbor a taxi was flagged down

I have no problems. Housekeeping was on point. I love it cause it's walking distance to town well literally in town lol. Staff is friendly. This will definitely be where I still whenever I'm here

Room was clean and spacious. there was no hot water. Barking dogs. No ocean view. Entrance is on the side of the building. Wasn’t sure if the area was safe. I wouldn’t venture out after dark.

Did not expect the Taj Mahal; it is like a motel anywhere. The section of town is a bit run down and seedy; did not feel safe walking around but the staff were very friendly and helpful. Good for a budget price; don't set expectaions high.

What can I say…first off my booking was cancelled. The concierge needs some training on how to deal with guest. I secured ocean view but because I was cancelled I was given 2 backyard views. No towels in the rooms and I had to walk to front desk to ask for them the towels was given to me not folded and like I was begging for them. When I asked the front desk clerk what time the office closed I was asked WHY huh?? Then was told the hotel is full and when it is full they do not stay open late huh?? ….fridge was plugged out, AC unit had to be plugged in because there was no remote control, the room was a little moldy but clean If you don’ want to spend a lot and only want somewhere to sleep because you will be out of the room most of the time then this is the place for you O and the Wi-Fi never worked
