Amazing Staff

The Staff here is amazing. Front desk is very friendly and welcoming. I stayed 7 days and every day house keeping brought me fresh towels and bottle water and they always smile and say hi when you walk past them. The girls in the bar are also amazing. The drinks are kind of expensive for Cambodia but the venue is big, modern, clean and VERY safe. I love this hotel and I will definitely come back. Thank you Secrets for the wonderful experience

The room and bed were as pictured, and clean. Its aircon and TV worked well. Its shower did not have consistent hot water. The room was above the Secrets night club. The Secrets location is perfect in the middle of Street 136 bars. The staff are nice and accomodating. The only annoyance was its wifi Internet service is unreliable. Tourist SIM for data is best.

Best bang for your buck in the area

Great area for solo male travelers. Very safe, very clean. Rooms are nice beds are comfortable and the ladies are very friendly

Staff were very kind and helpful. Spacious room. Night club on the main level was loud until 5 am. Rooms were very minimal and not very clean. Originally booked a double but were switched to two twins as we were told on arrival that this would give us more space. Right near the river front which is a very busy area. Lots of dinning options near by. Easy to get a tuktuk to any location.

A wonderful staff willing to help. The location is the center of action. Main drawback was black mold in the bathroom.

Good Staff, but black mold in the bathroom.

Location is the center of the action by the river. The adjoining nightclub has live music, but the drinks are a little more expensive. Black mold in the bathroom and old towels. Wonderful staff willing to help. The cleaning staff was very efficient with what they had to work with. Inside of the rooms could definitely use major cleanup.

excellent location and fun place

great location. prices are excellent and the staff was friendly. Older but in reasonable condition and worth the money spent. Located in a super easy location to get around and in the heart of the entertainment district and close to the river. The club has good food and excellent service but does not open till 8pm. definitely would stay there again when in Phnom Phen

Great location and very classy club

Secrets Hotel is located in the center of the entertainment district on the Riverside. The club is one of the best in Phnom Penh, with live music 6 nights a week. I will also say that this club is one of the more expensive venues on the Riverside relative to drink pricing. One problem with staying there is the music that can be heard in your room until 4:30 AM. The food offered in the club is not great. The standard rooms are very very small and the bathrooms have little room as the shower will get everything wet.

A fantastic place to stay for nightlife

A fantastic place to stay for the nightlife in Phnom Penh, we know Secrets brand from Pattaya and were very impressed with the bar and hotel. The rooms are nice and modern, excellent value for money at the price we booked. Being new, they seem to have a few issues with their staff. The manager (yes manager) actually asked us to complain about noise !!!! the guy was actually serious, maybe a competitor was paying him off or something. Our room was good and we had no problem with noise. The bar and restaurant on the ground floor is superb, we had a great time there. Overall highly recommended for people who want a hotel and safe experience in the heart of the main nightlife area.

No peace in Cambodia.

Secrets is a nightclub with nothing special on offer;attached to a guesthouse of the same name.NOISE is the most noticeable thing about both. The nightclub blasts out a level of noise that gets into every room until 4a.m. Book yourself a room by all means but don't expect to get any peace or quiet...kind of fits the country when you think about it.
