You will find our home to be turn key for your needs where you can:
- Enjoy the heated lap style pool (8+ ft. deep in deep end) *heating fee is removed for warm months that do not require it*
- Have drinks on the patio while watching a game/tv or using our electric smoker/BBQ
- Have a memorable family vacation with everything your little ones will need from toys to life jackets, baby gates, pack and play and more
- Easily work remotely with a private office equipped with two desks
- Hop on the 101 to be at Lake Pleasant, Scottsdale, Cave Creek and more within 25 minutes
- Experience Spring Training just 5 minutes away
- Or simply relax in the comfort of our updated home!

Arrowhead Oasis is located in Glendale, AZ within ten minutes of the Mariners/Padres Spring training stadium, ~15 minutes of the Cardinal football stadium and in great proximity to restaurants, nightlife, hiking and all that Arizona has to offer. Home sits on the 3rd hole on the Arrowhead Country Club!!

11 miles(about 15 minutes) to the Cardinals stadium 20 miles (about 25 minutes) to waste management!
3 miles to Mariners/padres spring training!

We really appreciate that Kaitie and her husband continue to maintain the property in excellent shape. The photos are exactly what the property looks like. The location is perfect. What an amazing home in a great location. My wife and I dropped off our twin boys at college and decided to stay in Arizona for a month. This house was absolutely perfect. We swam in the pool every single day. We took the dogs for walks every single day. There was a great park less than a mile down the road in another one just over 2 miles down the road that we really enjoyed walking with our dogs. We joined mountainside fitness, which was less than 2 miles down the road. We enjoyed going to the P 83 shops and restaurants which was only about 3 miles down the road. I really can’t say enough about the location. The house itself was excellent. I wake up every day with back pain at home and I did not have back pain. One time sleeping in this bed.The host Kaitie was great. She was very responsive when I had a question. we had one day when a sandstorm blew through so there was sand all in the bottom of the pool and she had the pool cleaner come the next day to get it taken care of. We are already looking to rebook for a month when we come back to Arizona.

Suburbs in the Sun

We had an overall amazing experience. The neighborhood was safe and quiet, downtown Phoenix and Scottsdale were about a 20-30 min drive. The house itself was great! The pool was large and deep, didn’t seem to be overloaded with chemicals which we really loved. The outdoor space provided plenty to do if you want to be in the shade or sun. The house was fully stocked to include a ton of spices which was nice when we decided to cook breakfast in the mornings. The master bedroom had a pretty comfortable bed with good back support and linens. communication with the host was effortless and very fast. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend to others! Thank you so much for such an excellent experience!!

A Reunion of The Three Sisters

Oh my gosh!!! I’ve never been on a more relaxed vacation in my entire adult existence. I enjoyed seeing my twin sister’s faces when they learned that I had rented this beautiful home for their 60th birthday. We enjoyed our stay and each other’s company so much so we hardly ever left the home. The beds were so comfortable. I just can’t say enough about the home. I’m hoping to come back for my next vacation. Thank you so very much and may God Bless you. I’ll give it 10 Stars!

Property was totally not clean, below photo is dirt and dog hair, living room furniture needs serious cleaning. Upstairs bedroom bed spread has holes and very worn. Master bath does not have one towel rack. Very disappointed considering what we paid. Fridge had old condiments from prior renter and fridge died, 3 1/2 days to get a new fridge.
