3 friends needed basic accommodations where we could comfortably share a room for one night. We were pleased to find a room with 2 beds plus sleeper sofa. Our room and the hotel were modern and clean it was quiet, and the included breakfast had good options, presented well. Very satisfied with our stay - it was just what we needed.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was kept spotless. The location was perfect for the Mayo Clinic, shopping and eating out. Will stay here next time I come to the Mayo Clinic.

The good- the staff was courteous, the lobby was bright and welcoming, the room was clean, and the bathroom was well supplied. The bad- there was quite a bit of noise in the hallways late at night, and at breakfast several of the hot food trays went unfilled in the half hour before closing.
