Good hotel..Platinum status not recognised.They had rooms to.upgrade.to but refused. I was partly swayed to book the hotel.due to these benefits and its frustraring when the hotel ignore.

This magnificent hotel is located in the heart of Phu Quoc Island, just a short walk from the town center. It has a unique private beach and a perfect swimming pool. The staff deserves five stars for their professionalism and constant readiness to exceed expectations. I highly recommend this hotel without hesitation; everything is readily available, and I won't hesitate for a second on my next visit. If this is your first time on the island, look no further—this is the perfect choice.

The room was clean and tidy, but the flooring looked old and had stain marks. The handheld shower was not working properly. If you are a solo traveller, the staff are generally not attentive, especially at the breakfast restaurant. The gym equipment was also not clean.

An amazing hotel with an even more amazing staff! The breakfast is delightful, and the bed is incredibly comfortable. The hotel is located in a very secure and peaceful area, making for a relaxing stay. I truly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

There were a few teething problems at the start of this stay. The Salinda pickup at the airport wasn’t ideal as I was waiting over 20 mins for other guests to arrive, after a long flight I just wanted to get there! So in the end I got a Grab and made myself to the resort. Not a great start. The welcome when I arrived was OK, free juices and a cold towel. The room was beautiful and the premium sea view room certainly lived up to the name. Housekeeping staff were excellent. The breakfast buffet is nice, a little more variety would be good. The staff at breakfast were efficient and professional. Although the uniforms that the women wore were something out of the handmaids tale, and they all wore crocs!! Someone needs to rethink this! The hotel itself is showing signs of aging and could do with a refresh. Carpets stained and frayed, not exactly 5 star. The cyan pool beach bar - the food was not good nor was it Vietnamese in anyway. Which was disappointing. The pool is large and salt water is great, however there was no real service to get a drink, there is a flag to raise when you want service but no one comes. On several occasions I had to go to the bar to order and the wait staff were just standing around talking ignoring the guests. Overall it was a pleasant stay, but not a 5 star resort in my opinion.

Lovely resort with friendly staff and a great buffet breakfast. Right on the beach and close to other eating places and shops. Rooms were large, clean and glass water bottles were refilled daily. Turndown service included a small gift each evening which was nice. Live music downstairs and an activity to do each day as well as a games area. Restaurants looked nice but were a bit too expensive for us.

Faultless. Everything about the hotel, staff, food, massage is perfect. The best food that have had in a hotel by a long way. The seafood is amazing the Indian restaurant and Vietnamese restaurant are of the highest quality. Would highly recommend and will certainly be returning as soon as possible.
