Due to coronavirus crisis all the pools were closed but it seems like a nice place if you're into the "big resort". The beach and the airport are quite close to the hotel. The suites are simple but comfy, you can cook if you feel like it and the hotel even have a 24/7 minimarket

Ресепшн очень не расторопны, мы приехали в 14.00 моей брони не увидели и показали нам на дверь, типа заселять не будем, пришлось долго доказывать, что деньги оплачены ещё месяц назад, заселили в 17.00 в 2 разных номера, хотя бронировала один большой, но так даже удобнее нам было, спасибо отелю. На Рождество был организован вечер, о котором не было никаких объявлений заранее, мы узнали только поздно вечером из-за музыки, но идти было уже поздно. Бассейны комфортные и чистые. Далеко от моря, пешком 10 мин с детьми по жаре идти невыносимо. Трансфер возит каждые 30 мин, а это очень мало для высокого сезона. Детская комната для деток до 3 лет и очень тесная, игрушек мало. Отель новый, поэтому претензий нет, хотя Уборка в номерах и в коридорах на 2 из 5, еда в ресторане очень дорогая, да и в целом район дорогой, такси до аэропорта 600 бат, хотя с аэропорта до Патонга 800 бат, а это в 5 раз дольше ехать, в кафе снаружи цены дороже, чем на кароне и кате. Вода в море чистая и тёплая, но очень часто кусает планктон, прям кишит иногда, невозможно купаться. Рядом с отелем есть аквапарк. Если ехать туда, то лучше снять номер в отеле сплэш и ходить в аквапарк бесплатно. Район тихий, после 10 вечера вымирает, инфраструктура не развита, один всего магазин 7/11, в котором все быстро раскупают, я за хлебом охотилась три дня). Туристы вокруг все русскоговорящие), будто попали в маленький российский городок) ни одного иностранца не встретила за 10 дней. Сюда я вряд ли вернусь, очень далеко
