Great location for this property smack bang right Bangla Road Walking Street, adjacent to Jungceylon Mall and many eating places. The hotel is pretty brand new with spacious rooms and comfortable beds complete with voice activation hub to switch on/off electrical items. Breakfast options could be improved but the crowning point is the pool and the decent gym. and all staff gave excellent customer experience. Will definitely stay here again.

Perfect place to stay near the beach

This hotel is connected to the mall and a very short distance to Bangla Rd. We had a great stay here. The guys at the front desk were extremely helpful and funny. We would stay here again when in Phuket.

Amazing, will definitely remember this hotel

Very impressed by the staff, hotel infrastructure & the convenience. Everything you could think of, was in arms reach literally. The staff was always so helpful from the front desk, excursions desk, cleaners, bell hop / Tuk Tuk staff. I love how you can walk straight into the mall without having to go outside. The only downside is the people (other tourist & vendors) within this area are very pushy, loud, inconsiderate & obnoxious. It made me never want to leave the hotel or mall, which sucks because the location is so perfect.

Lovely Hotel

The hotel and staff were lovely. The rooms are very clean and comfy. Our only small complaints would be, the pillows in the room were not the best & the rules around the pool are no smoking at any loungers, and you had a designated smoking area, although this rule was only enforced for some and not all. The rooms are powered with an an Alexa Type AI, which is a fun modern feature. Breakfast was average, but overall a really lovely pleasant stay. We extended our stay by 2 nights.

The hotel is new and very well kept. I have only two suggestions, they need more lounges at the pool and a shaded area would be great. The other is the DJ they have by the pool, it was way too loud, the walls in my room were vibrating. We get enough of that on Bangla Road, I don't think it is needed pool side. The pool is huge and very clean. The front desk staff are fabulous, very professional and friendly. I have stayed at two other hotels in Phuket, this hotel is by far superior.

～超級方便嘅位置，在布吉市中心，穿梭　於商場中，落雨都唔使擔心，斜對面便是Central。 ～酒店分兩座，訂了Sunkissed房，沒有露台，隔音也很好，沒有任何噪音。 ～好大嘅酒店，每一層也超過30間房，基本上都開陽，舒服，寬敞。 ～房間正常，燈光，設施，空間也非常好。 ～早餐非常多選擇，好好味。 ～泳池超級靚，如果鍾意游水可以訂Pool Access房，非常正。
