Great property, poor service
This is a condotel, and unfortunately we booked through a service without much on-site support. In 3 nights of staying there, only received full turndown service once - another time the housekeeper turned up with no clean towels, no free water/coffee to replenish. The rooms are very new, have washing machines, and kitchen but WiFi was horribly inconsistent. There are 2 pools and the location is great though Rawai beach is NOT great for swimming or lounging - you need to book a boat to any of the nearby islands for that. I'd consider staying at the location again but would NOT book through this vendor ('sure').
