The villa can accommodate up to 10 guests. It has several living rooms, including a fully air-conditioned self-contained flat for holidays with family or friends. It has a kitchen opening onto a magnificent sea-view terrace, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (with shower). Wifi (fibre), towels and sheets included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises

Ground floor:
- A 54 m² living room with TV, sofas, library and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen including: airfryer, food processor, electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Laundry room
- Master suite: with queen-size bed (160×200), dressing room, shower room and WC
- Separate WC

On the lower floor:
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200) and single bed (90×200)

- Access to the poolside terrace

You will have access to an independent flat comprising:
- A living room with a TV, a sofa, a bunk bed (ideal for 2 children) and a dining area

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

- A private 8 x 4 m swimming pool (unheated, with motorised curtain), accessible from 1ᵉʳ May to 15 September
- Enjoy 70 m² of terrace spread over three areas and two levels, offering varied exposure. Equipped with outdoor furniture for relaxing moments outdoors

The house is ideally located in Pianottoli-Caldarello, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.

- Bed linen and towels included.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
