If you appreciate design and architecture in the midst of enchanting natural surroundings, Villa Analucija could be the perfect holiday home for you. From this luxurious villa you have a breathtaking view of the beautiful Istrian countryside, known for its hills, olive groves and forests. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 en-suite bathrooms in this fully air-conditioned villa. There is also a fully equipped kitchen connected to the luxurious living room from which you can access the spacious terrace with a large dining table for al fresco dining. The interior has been stylishly furnished with great attention to detail. In the large garden that surrounds the villa, you will find a summer kitchen where you can either relax in the shade or prepare delicious meals on the barbecue. Of course, the villa also has an inviting pool. For a fun-filled holiday, the villa has a multi-function games table with air hockey, roulette and poker, as well as a pool table, darts and table tennis.This gorgeous villa is located in a small hamlet in the central part of Istria. Istria is easily accessible and has an excellent, low-traffic road network. The coast with the major tourist centres and Pula airport are only a few minutes away by car. The nearest beach in Plomin Luka is 12 kilometres away. The Istrian peninsula Terra Magica is located on the Adriatic Sea, the closest warm sea in the heart of Europe. Rabac, the pearl of the Kvarner Bay, belongs to the eastern part of the peninsula. In the western part, the fantastic medieval castle of Pazin (Kastel) lies 130 metres above the cliff where the Pazinica River flows into the Pazin Pit: This is the setting for the novel Mathias Sandorf by the famous French writer Jules Verne, which was published in 1885. Nowadays there is a Jules Verne Club in Pazin, and Jules Verne Days are organised every year at the end of June.

Wunderschöne, gepflegte Villa in Hanglage, sehr gepflegter Umgebung und schöner Aussicht in die umliegenden Hügel. Wir haben zu sechst dieses tolle Ambiente eine Woche genossen und uns total wohlgefühlt. Die meiste Zeit verbrachten wir in dieser grossartigen, perfekt ausgestatteten Sommerküche und am schönen, geheizten und sehr sauberen Pool. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen (die sicher bestausgestattete Villa bisher). Ein herzliches Dankeschön für die liebevolle Betreuung durch die jederzeit erreichbaren und sehr freundlichen Vermieter: Goran und seine Mutter Ana. Diese Villa können wir bestens weiterempfehlen und wir werden sie bei Gelegenheit gerne wieder buchen.

Unser 2-wöchiger Urlaub in der Villa Analucija ist gerade zu Ende gegangen. Wir waren eine Gruppe von 7 Personen und haben traumhafte Tage erlebt. Alles war perfekt. Haus und Garten bieten sämtliche Annehmlichkeiten und Komfort. Die Zimmer haben eine gute Größe, bequeme Betten und sind gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Außenküche ist der perfekte Aufenthaltsraum auch für große Gruppen und bietet viele schattige Plätze. Das schwimmen und baden im sauberen Pool mit herrlichem Panoramablick ist ein ganz besonderes Vergnügen. Goran und seine Mama Ana sind sehr freundliche, herzliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber die immer da sind wenn man sie braucht und einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt ermöglichen. Ganz herzlich möchten wir uns auch für das tolle Abschiedsgeschenk mit den vielen Leckereien bedanken😊😋. Zum Schluss möchte ich aber noch das absolute Highlight der Villa verraten: LARISA!!! Larisa ist Gorans Schwägerin und eine gelernte Masseurin. Wir hatten das Glück und Vergnügen, dass wir sie 4 x „buchen“ konnten und das war die beste Entscheidung des Urlaubs. Larisas Massagen waren jeden Cent wert und wenn man sich etwas gutes tun möchte, sollte man auf dieses Erlebnis auf keinem Fall verzichten!!!! Vielen Dank für unvergessliche Tage und auf ein baldiges Wiedersehen 👋🏼 Liebe Grüße, Melinda & Familie

Wir haben die Villa im Sommer mit einer Gruppe von 8 Leuten besucht und hatten eine sehr gute Zeit. Wir haben alles genauso schön vorgefunden wie auf den Bildern und auch die Ausstattung besonders in den beiden Küchen ließ nichts zu wünschen übrig. Der Gastgeber Goran war sehr freundlich, zuverlässig und zuvorkommend weshalb wir auf jeden Fall wieder kommen werden

Wir waren Anfang August für 2 Wochen mit 6 Personen in der Villa.

Wir waren Anfang August für 2 Wochen mit 6 Personen in der Villa. Der Vermieter Goran ist ein äußerst freundlicher Mann der jederzeit erreichbar und hilfsbereit war. Das Haus liegt inmitten einer herrlichen Landschaft mit unglaublicher Aussicht. Die Villa haben wir sehr gepflegt und äußerst sauber angetroffen. Die Zimmer waren geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Ausstattung der Küche sowie auch der Außenküche war mehr als ausreichend. Auf der Veranda war Frühstück im Schatten möglich. Die Einrichtung der Außenküche war einfach perfekt. Dort bot sich ebenfalls die Möglichkeit am großen Tisch gemeinsam zu Essen. Ein Billiard- und Airhockey-Tisch sowie ein Dartkasten diente der Unterhaltung ebenso auch ein TV. Die Anlage war sehr sauber und alles funktionierte bestens. perfekt. Der Pool war sehr sauber und gepflegt und es waren genügend gute Liegen da. Dies diente alles zur Entspannung und man konnte sogar eine Massage ins Haus bestellen. Vielen Dank an unseren Vermieter Goran und seiner Mutter. Diese Villa kann man bestens weiterempfehlen und wir werden gerne wieder einmal hierherkommen.
