When I was booking, I put in the details of accommodation within 6 hours drive, by car, to Picton NSW, from PortMaquarie, NSW, I choose this hotel for its price and location. I didn’t check as I was very specific about what I specified for how far by car from PortMcquarie, NSW, Australia, not a 6 hour flight from PortMcquarie NSW. Today, on our way home to Macedon, Victoria, Australia, within 7 hours from Goulburn, NSW, a town Gisborne, NewZealand came up in the search, Macedon is only ten minutes from a Gisborne in Victoria near us. There is a problem with your search program because I was very specific about travel details and the mode of travel, it has cost me nearly $100:00 plus we had to find another motel for last night, for a further $140:00. I am going to do a review on Wotif and let other travellers, I will not be using your app ever again.

Convenient and Cost effective

This place is as much if not more than you need in Picton before or after a ferry. Short walk to shops, fish and chips, supermarkets, cafes and waterfront, under 10min walk to ferry terminal. Lots of space in the rooms for luggage, a mini bar and basic amenities. Surprisingly good for a Surprisingly low price and would definitely stay again.

There were 4 of us traveling together and when I booked online it seemed that the only option was a four bed "family room." That would have been small and the lovely person at the desk said that there was a two bedroom apartment available for slightly more money. It was a great idea, as we had two bedrooms, a large lounge room, and full (well stocked) kitchen. The location is convenient to everything in town and has a lovely waterfront view.
