Llegamos al hotel a la 1:30 a.m. después de un largo viaje y nos sorprendió que nos dijeran que se habían quedado sin llaves. Cuando por fin nos dieron acceso a la habitación que reservamos con un mes de anticipación, descubrimos que ya estaba ocupada por otro huésped. Esto fue muy incómodo y alarmante estando con mi esposa e hijo. En la recepción se disculparon y nos cambiaron a otra habitación, pero al día siguiente notamos que estaba sucia, el baño no estaba bien limpio y el televisor no funcionaba. Aunque era fin de semana del Día del Trabajo y el hotel estaba lleno, no hay excusa para tanta desorganización. Ha sido la peor experiencia que hemos tenido en este hotel.
We arrived at the hotel at 1:30 a.m. after a long trip and were surprised that they told us that they had run out of keys. When we were finally given access to the room we booked a month in advance, we discovered that it was already occupied by another guest. This was very uncomfortable and alarming when I was with my wife and son. At the reception, they apologized and changed us to another room, but the next day we noticed that it was dirty, the bathroom was not well cleaned and the TV was not working. Although it was Labor Day weekend and the hotel was full, there is no excuse for such disorganization. It was the worst experience we had at this hotel.
