Come enjoy this lakefront home on Little Barbee that connects to 5 different lakes! Big Barbee is a short distance which allows skiing at anytime of the day.

The open floor plan makes it great for entertaining family and friends. The house sleeps 6 people comfortably with 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bath. Two of the bedrooms are upstairs with 2 twin beds in one room and a double bed in the other room. On the main level you have a bath and a half and a bedroom with a queen size bed. The living room has a sofa and a chair and there are 2 tv’s. This lakefront home is fully stocked for all your basic needs.

Walking outside onto the deck you can relax in a couple of chairs with an umbrella to have breakfast or just enjoy the view of the lake. There is a gas grill for your cookout needs and a fire pit to roast some s’mores. Soak up some sunshine on the nice sandy beach with a water raft to float on and a pier to dock your boat..

Parking at the house allows space for 3-4 cars. Across the street you can walk to the Barbee Hotel Resturant which is great for food and entertainment.

Perfect location, great house

Right across the street from the hotel/bar and a one minute walk from the Lakelife restaurant that has the best steak sandwich. I really enjoyed swimming off their dock. We took advantage of their outdoor tables to hang outside most of the day. There wasn't wifi when we stayed and they had some missing outlet covers and a few outlets did not work.

Really enjoyed our stay at this spacious house on the lake. We had everything we needed. Owner answers promptly when asked a question. Nice open floor plan. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay on the lake.

Relaxing Stay

Myself and five other ladies stayed one night for a nice get-away. The property was clean and comfortable. Communication with the owner was excellent. The only reason I gave four stars is because there was only one wine glass and no coffee filters, and we are wine and coffee drinkers! Otherwise, we had a great time!

Golfing and Boating Weekend

Very clean house. Has a nice deck with two tables and several chairs facing the water and it's own dock. Sleeping area and beds are not an issue as there are plenty of beds and space. Kitchen is good with a large fridge. We unfortunately picked 4 days when it was silly hot, but the house AC kept up and there are several fans to assist. Very responsive owner. Please note that the lake is not real deep/no wake zones that it is on, so if you want to ski or tube you will need to go to Big Barbee lake which is connected (5 minutes). If you are there to be on a screen (you shouldn't be) you will be disappointed with no WIFI and not many channels on TV. The restaurant/bar across the street is good food and could not be closer. We went to Stonehenge (links style course) and Rozella to golf. Stonehenge is challenging and Rozella is not. Both fair for the cost.

Beautiful Sunsets

Very clean, updated property. Level to dock. Weeds, but whole lake system has that problem. Open interior facing the lake. A plus is having a restaurant/bar across the street.
