Provençal Villa between Provence and Luberon

The villa consists of a fully equipped kitchen (gas hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, Senseo coffee maker), a spacious dining room, and a bright living room.

On the ground floor, on the right wing of the house, a master suite, offering privacy and comfort, is furnished with a 160 cm bed, an adjoining bathroom with shower, and a separate toilet. Three other bedrooms, located on the opposite side of the house, provide flexible sleeping arrangements: two bedrooms are equipped with 140 cm beds, and another bedroom offers two 90 cm beds. A large additional bathroom and a separate toilet complete this layout to meet the needs of all guests.

Outside, two large terraces offer unique outdoor living spaces. The south-facing terrace, shaded by a pergola, invites relaxation where you can enjoy lunches and grilled dishes on the plancha, while the north-facing one is equipped with garden furniture and an entertainment area including a foosball table, ping pong table, and an elliptical bike. A petanque court is also available for entertaining evenings with family or friends.

Fully enjoy the generously sized private swimming pool (8x4 meters - Small basin depth 1m, large basin depth 1.80m), equipped with a safety device compliant with standards (Alarm), a true oasis of tranquility to cool off and relax under the Provencal sun.

A large parking area shaded by a carport is dedicated solely to the villa's residents, offering convenience and security for your vehicles.

Ideally located, this Provencal villa is perfect for family or friends holidays. Just 1.6 km from the heart of the village, you can easily access amenities while enjoying the peace and serenity of the surrounding countryside. The property is located in the Luberon Regional Natural Park, close to many shops within walking distance at 600 meters (bakery, butcher, grocery store, pharmacy, and medical office).

Pierrevert is renowned for its vineyards, its "Des Nuits Photographiques" festival with its 16th edition from July 25 to 28, 2024, The Luberon Golf Course offers an 18-hole course as well as a catering service open 363 days a year for lunch and dinner. The Musiks Festival in Manosque (from July 18 to 21, 2024) will feature Christophe Willem as the opening singer and Maitre Gims as the closing act. You can stroll and visit the surrounding villages and enjoy the local markets to discover regional products.

For your travels, the village center is just a 3-minute drive, 600 meters on foot, or 5 minutes by bike.

The Aix-en-Provence TGV station is only an hour's drive away, and the Manosque toll booth is reachable in 25 minutes.
