The front desk staff was great and helped with whatever we needed. The shower in the bathroom made it impossible to keep the rest dry; they do not put a shower curtain or anything, and the toilet is literally next to the shower (10-20 cm apart, or less). When we first entered the room, the floor was covered in sand. They sent someone to vacuum, but it wasnā€™t until the following day that the difference was noticed. They put a sign to try to encourage towel reuse, but if we have to dry the floor/toilet every time we shower, I donā€™t see that happening. In the room, there isnā€™t a phone or anything to call the front desk, so for anything and everything, you have to go to the front desk (the staff there was extremely nice, so no complaints there). The location is great, very convenient. Our only concern was the rooftop terrace. They throw parties on top, and those who are not guests go there, so sometimes when we were returning to the hotel, there were drunk/rude people coming from the stairs/elevator, which we had to use to go to the room. We did not always feel safe, although they do have a security guard present (unfortunately, the gentleman is much older, so I would avoid relying on that too much). We would return, but we would hope they take the above remarks into consideration.

I loved the restaurants and the pool was lovely. The hotel is central and in walking distance of many bars, restaurants, coffee shops and shopping facilities. Workers were lovely and kind.

The staff are incredible esp Shediah. Our excursion got cancelled and Shediah patiently showed us how to reach Kenepa beach by public transportation. She even called the bus company to confirm the Sunday schedule. The staff at Elements Hotel is simply the best.

I absolutely love the staff and the owners personal touch from being to the end. This hotel is a diamond in the city . It gives you resort vibes yet a fourth of the cost . I had the executive room with a city and ocean view. The best part was relaxing on the rooftop in style with great music and pleasant staff . I would highly recommend I was able to walk to shops and to the floating bridge easy . As a woman on a solo adventure I felt safe !! Thx Armandy and Melissa !
