The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. The negative's was the bathroom needs to be updated. I'm 5'1" and I had to duck to get under the shower head. And you could tell the sheets were washed and clean - but the one on one of the beds had a big stain on it. It is in a very convenient part of the strip.

Spend the additional $20-$50 a night and go somewhere else. This place is disgustingly dirty, extremely loud and needs gutted completely. The two rooms we booked were dirty but thankfully had clean sheets and towels. The entire bathroom and floors were gross. Checking in was long with only one person working. It is close, walking distance to a lot of activities and restaurants, which was the only redeeming quality of this hotel. Spend the extra money and stay next door. This place is not worth $160 a night.

The property was not clean at all , the room we had was very unsanitary and had several roaches , the chain on the door was broken looked like someone had kicked it in , the property itself didn’t look clean , even the check in , in the lobby , I suggest a total upgrade rehab along with professional cleaning ..

This property is terrible. People were checking out due to cockroaches blood on mattresses feces on the wall 10 o’clock at night. Families were leaving. Worst place I’ve ever stayed. Windham needs to take a serious look at this location. Shut it down clean it up.

The room deadbolt is boken. There was a number of lights in the room did not work. TV was fuzzy. Room key had to be reprogramed 3 times. The bathroom fan cover was missing and dirty as hell and did not work,

The bed smelled like it had been washed and shower appeared clean, it was a wonderful location, and it was a super decent price so it met all my requirements. However, the mattress was VERY well worn, the room needed swept and wiped down, the tv would come and go which made it hard to watch, pool needed cleaned so we wouldn't use it, and the guy that checked me in was argumentative.

It was awful. Spend tour money on something worth staying in. A few issues (not conclusive list): gnats in room, dirty walls/door, old dirty and odor carrying curtains, lock in door missing, rude front desk employees, police activity half of the nights, broken dresser, mini refrigerator not stable..........the list goes on and on.

There wasn't anything but coffee offered in lobby. The hotel was clean but we had to switch rooms because a dog constantly barking and no inside door lock. The second room was better with full size fridge unfortunately we only stayed overnight and couldn't use it. The first check in attendant wasn't very friendly wouldn't look at me when speaking to him and kept chomping on peanuts the entire time we were talking

Stayed at this property and it has went significantly downhill. They have regulars staying weekly here. Don't get room 415, the window was taped together, tape / glued. The headboard was barely hanging on and slanted making us scared to sleep underneath it with our toddler. The wall had a huge hole and a horrible attempt at a patch. The bathroom door wouldn't even close was hanging off hinges. There was bugs inside the room and hair in the shower. They had the nerve to ask for a $75 deposit for a horrible room which isn't stated while booking, and didn't refund until 10 days later. The phone wasn't even connected to the front desk or able to call. The front desk agents were not helpful in anyway. It took forever to get checked in. Cops surveying parking lot often.
Headboard hanging and even fell further down about 7 inches.
Horrible attempt at patch and even had drywall on floor.

FOR YOUR SAFETY, DO NOT BOOK AT THIS "HOTEL" I made a reservation from 8/8/2025 to 10/8/2025. When I arrived and saw the facade of the "hotel," it was a total disappointment. I proceeded to check in, hoping the room would be better. The moment I entered the room, I felt like crying. The walls were completely dirty, and the bath towels looked like they hadn't been changed since the first day it opened; they were even stained. The bathroom was a total disappointment, too: the walls were peeling, and the edges of the floor were dirty. The bed sheets smelled good, but they still had cigarette burns. The bedspread on the bottom mattress was poorly placed, so I could see its condition. This one was very old and stained, and it was horrible. The hallways leading to the rooms were littered with cigarette butts. The next day, when we went out for a walk, my husband didn't want us to leave our luggage because we didn't trust each other after facing that reality. That's what we did: we put all our luggage in the car. When we returned at night and entered the room, we noticed that the room hadn't been cleaned to begin with. I went in and saw that on top of one of the beds were some Nike men's flip-flops with food on them. The microwave was open, and the remnants of a microwave meal had been placed on the TV stand. We were scared and left the room and went to the receptionist. We explained the situation, and he accompanied us to check the room. Indeed, someone else had been there. He ask

Convenient location but they only had one towel and one wash cloth in the room that had 2 queen beds. No ice machine. Pool area was very dirty. The bed was amazing to sleep in though if that counts for anything. Water was good and hot. Freezer in fridge was was froze up had a bunch of ice built on it and they replaced the tv in the room and left the broke tv in the room

Don’t Stay Here

They gave us key to room and someone was staying in that room had get different key to another room the bed had stains and the box spring was brown in certain spots , no smoke detectors just wires sticking out wall , door frame was busted up , pool was murky , didn’t even stay one night asked for refund which refund is pending in account , they kept trying charge my card 49/55$ before even getting there

The door getting in and out of the room was broken - staff was notified and didn’t seem to care. The room itself was in terrible condition. I was traveling solo with a 3 year old and I don’t recommend. The pool was also very cloudy green. I had to immediately leave after seeing the room.

75 deposit when you get there. Dead bolt broke, bed had hard edge, light over sink not working, no towels or bed change for 5 nights. Manager was told and he said that was the way it was, customer tear things up. Didn’t fix anything. I had to put a chair at my door. Charged me an extra 29.20 and said take it up with your bank. I would recommend you take them off your site.

The Wifi was non existent, which meant the roku tv didn't work, there were batteries taped to the back of the door for the lock. The shower head was at chin level. The A/C barely functions. The only plus was it was just $29.
