Great for the Price

The room was basic and beds comfortable. Stains on towels and some linens but nothing major. Carpet was filthy, keep your shoes on. The rest of the room was clean. No place to hang a towel near the shower door opening so we draped it over the door. Toilet paper dispenser had been torn out of the wall and screwed back in but the previous hole wasn't patched. Breakfast was what you expect from a free hot breakfast. Waffles, scrambled eggs and sausage, and an assortment of other grab and go items such as cereal, yogurt, breads/bagels, muffins. For the price it was acceptable and the location was great. Parking is terrible if you are on the side facing the resturant. They have parallel parking on the side which makes it VERY difficult to pull in or back in to a space on that side. Resturant patrons also utilize the parking area in the front of the building so parking can be tricky on a busy evening.

Wonderful

The stay was wonderful! The room had everything we needed and it was very clean. Loved the fact that they had breakfast available until 10:00 a.m. and it was very good. All of the staff we encountered were very nice. We would definitely stay here again. The only bad thing was the parking lot filled up very quick and it was difficult to find a parking space after doing the Pigeon Forge activities throughout the day.

King size beds were wonderful, comfortable and rooms are big. My husband did not like the smell of the bed sheets. Carpet in the room was dirty. Sink had a lot of hairs so it was clogged up. Property parking is very limited and spaces are small. We drive a full size truck. Very hard to find a space. Breakfast was very limited.

Don’t stay

The air conditioning didn’t work, and the room was hot. The shower was clogged and flooded, and I felt bugs crawling on me at night. There was also leftover food in the fridge from the last person who used it.

Nice Room & Concerns

Overall our stay was pretty good. Bed was very comfortable and had nice bedding and pillows. First time staying here by the reviews I read and breakfast was included which was very good. I am hoping the overall review dont sound to bad. The staff was very nice and we were able to check in early. We understand this company just took over. Looks like renovations have been done. However, one concern is the shower door was not installed correctly. The track was not attached to the shower floor and we could not open or close the shower door. It was stuck at a point we squeezed in and out to take a shower but the water was hot. Might need to pay attention to more detail as to cleaning around the edge of the shower floor. Nice to have shampoo and condition in the shower to use. The TV remote was a bit confusing... no channel guide to go by. One other item was rhe air conditioning. It was cold enough however it came out across the room to the far bed and hit me in the face and head. Proped up pillows on the other bed and moved the chair in front of the air coming out. Might need to put a guard on it to move the air flow away from the person in the bed. So sorry for all the comments but I hope it helps to get the concerns taken care of for the next person who stays there.
