This is the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever been to. Try say they are under construction but I think that’s just an excuse to be disgusting. The carpets are so old and filled with dried paint ( looks like they did paint the walls) and sooo dirty. Hot tub wasn’t working. There was no breakfast like website said. There was no coffee in lobby like website said. The fitness room was closed . There was mold on the ceiling in the shower. It smelled horrible. We arrived to about 3 sheets of toilet paper left and were told to come down and get a new one myself. Highly do NOT recommend. I feel sad that I brought my kids here and couldn’t afford to leave and go elsewhere. Stay far away.

It was horrible. It was NOT clean and it smelled. The pool was dirty, cold and the hot tub was not hot. Are room was dirty, looks like the bathroom floor has not be moped in months. I will never stay there again.

Do not stay here. There site does not mention they are under construction and the pool and game room are all shut down. we checked in and the room did not have any toilet paper so we had to go back downstairs. The next morning we get up to shower and there is no water. All of this I could have lived with. On our 2nd day we spent most of the day shopping eating and having fun. We went back to the hotel around 5 to relax for a few minutes before dinner and either one of the construction workers or the house keeping staff, without knocking, just comes into our room where my 10 year old daughter was changing. After demanding to speak with a manager and demanding a refund for our second night, the staff brushed it off as if it was not a problem and refused to give us our money back or to speak with the manager. Horrible service and completely unsafe. I had to spend money to stay at another hotel just so my daughter would feel safe.

They were remolding and we were going to stay another night the guy at the desk said to find another hotel. We spent a lot of money and didn't even get to use the game room, pool or even the weight room, also no breakfast was provided

The property is currently under construction. Therefor everything was unfinished and unclean. It took 10 min to get hot water in the shower. Not sure why. The heating element was out in the pool which I called ahead to make sure it was open. The staff was very friendly. However I had asked twice for the room to be vacuumed and trash taken out by the maid service. This did not happen. I ended up taking the trash out myself. We were there for three nights and 4 days.

Bad nothing like the ad show pool and lazy river the lazy river had 4 chairs in it look at the pictures of the pool my coffee pot was so nasty I took it to the front desk instead of a new one he said I’ll clean it then wouldn’t let me have it back I have pictures of it also had hair all in it the desk guy did say they had just bought the hotel and was starting to redo it all I was so disappointed
