𝙉𝙤𝙩𝙚: Our property is nestled in the beautiful mountains, offering stunning views and a cozy retreat. During winter months, weather conditions can make driveways, sidewalks and decks slippery. Please use caution when entering or leaving the property. Ensure you have a reliable vehicle equipped for winter weather, as mountain roads may require 4WD or snow chains during heavy snowfalls.

Here are some convenient transit options to help you explore the area during your stay:

1. Personal Vehicle:
- Having a personal vehicle is highly recommended in Pigeon Forge. It offers the most flexibility for visiting local attractions like Dollywood, the Great Smoky Mountains, and nearby Gatlinburg..

2. Rental Car:
- If you didn’t bring your own vehicle, consider renting a car. Several rental agencies are available in the area, providing a convenient way to explore at your own pace.

3. Pigeon Forge Fun Time Trolley:

Please note, given the cabin's mountainous location, prepare for steep and potentially challenging driving conditions as you approach. It’s always a good idea to check weather conditions before your trip to ensure safe travel!

We provide a starter set of toiletries and supplies (toilet paper, soap, etc.) for your convenience. For longer stays, guests are encouraged to bring or purchase additional items. Nearby 24-hour options include **Kroger** and **Publix**, located off 321 at light #3 🛒. A washer and dryer 🧺 are available for your use.

When booking on most platforms, there is a credit card charge. When/if canceling according to the cancellation policy, you should receive a full refund MINUS the charges from the payment process. This is charged by them for using their service and we do not have it to refund. Please be aware. Thank you

Please note that our cabin is located in a mountainous, wooded area, and it is possible to occasionally encounter local wildlife and insects such as beetles, ants, flies, scorpions, bees, hornets, or other native bugs—especially during warmer months. While we have regular professional pest control and thorough cleanings, a completely bug-free environment cannot be guaranteed due to the natural setting. Thank you for your understanding!

Holiday Check-In Policy
Please note that check-ins and check-outs are not permitted on major U.S. holidays, including New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day (July 4th), Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
