This cabin was perfect for our family of 10. The view from the porch was awesome! It was only a short distance to the main strip. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the swimming pool and the recreation room. We differently will return to this resort on our next visit.
The property was in a pretty good location but there were some issues with heating the downstairs bedroom and some issues with the game room. Arcade game wasnât working as well as well as you would expect it to work and the pool table had some issues. There is no chalk The balls were chipped, and it wouldâve been nice if they had more movies to watch or a suggestion for you to bring DVDs that you would want to see. They had a few random DVDs. I will say that the pool and the hot tub were effective after a long day hiking..
The cabin was impeccable on our arrival and we were a le to get in as soon as we arrived (it was a little after 4). We loved the cabin, the amenities, and the view.
Communication was horrible and they had me sitting outside in the mountains with my wife, 4 children and dog for hours just waiting to get in contact with someone who could actually help us check-in. The ad says it will be simple but no code was sent, no responses to our messages and the only way to get a live person was to research and call the actually rental company, Cabins For You. One of the multiple people we spoke to did seem eager to help but it was about another hour and a half before she was able to get maintenance out there to finally let us in. It was the worst possible start of my wife's birthday vacation I could imagine.
Also, there were several large holes in the walls, the pool and hot tub both need maintenance and the multitude of remote controls for each tv that either have missing buttons or missing battery covers was just annoying. Oh and the major construction going on next door with twelve foot 2"x4" and Pepsi cans sprawled across our driveway was awesome as well.
Basically, if you see Cabins For You as the owner of the property just keep looking elsewhere.
