We loved when we opened the door and a beautiful Christmas tree welcomed us. Two comfortable lazy boy chairs were very comfortable for us and especially our 94 year old father. The unit was very clean. Five stars all around! Plan on returning.

Relaxing and Quiet Spot close to everything in Pigeon Forge

Easy to find, easy to park, check-in was quick as well. Property is very quiet, away from the noises of the strip. Riverstone is all about relaxing when you get back from your day out and about. The lazy river was our favorite to cool off and just float. The jumping pillow entertained my teenagers as well. Plenty of ducks and geese on property to feed and will eat out of your hand. The unit was quiet, clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed and then some. We were there for 7 days and wish we could have stayed longer. The 3 bedroom set-up was great for our family with everyone getting their own quiet space to relax in the evenings. The patio was nice, listening to the stream or watching all the people file into Dolly's Stampede.Location is ideal. Easy to get on 441 and head south to Gatingburg or the Park. It took 2 minutes to get to Teaster Ln, which was a quicker way to get to anything in Pigeon Forge than driving on 441.Thanks for allowing us to stay, we thoroughly enjoyed it.

I very much enjoyed our stay and the view in this particular condo! When I arrived, i hadn't yet received the welcome packet, so that took a little research on my end before reaching out to Brad who immediately sent it over to me. The jets in the tub weren't working, but Brad said he'd send maintenence over to look at it. We stayed so busy that we didn't even make arrangements for that to happen. No fault of the owner at all. The only true complaint I have is that the water in the master shower didn't get really warm. I asked my 4 year old "Is it warm?" She even said no. I absolutely love a super warm shower, so that was a bit of a disappointment. My 4 year old lived the huge master bath tub though! And we couldn't find extra trash bags (i didn't call Brad about this because we just happened to bring a few).But anyway, besides those 2 small things, everything was perfect. There were TONS of kitchen appliances, pots and pans, containers, etc, to where you'd never have to spend money going out to eat. The location was absolutely perfect. Less than 10 minutes from everything. We will most definitely be back and look forward to staying here again.

Great resort, but uncomfortable furnishings and dirty!

The resort is amazing! However this unit has old springy mattresses, old broken down couch, and worn out dinning chairs. It also wasn’t the cleanest, there was mold on the caulking between tub and tile in the second bath and they clearly didn’t pick up the rugs when sweeping/mopping (if it was even done) as there is a makeup lid under one of the bathroom rugs (we left it where it laid). There was also dirt in the corners of rooms and dust on top of lights, mirrors, and towel hangers. The property manager was very responsive before we arrived and answered all our questions. It was nicely decorated for the holiday and had plenty of stuff in the kitchen too be able to cook. Due the Christmas holiday we chose not to contact the host and just vacuumed the floors our self. With new furniture/mattresses and more attention to the cleaning this would be an amazing unit.
