Room was nice and clean. The view of the river was nice. There were a lot of children and teenagers during our stay, which meant it was louder that expected in the evening.

Broken bed, upon entering, which I fixed and reported to staff. We drive a Tesla, and the EV charger was blocked by non-EV cars. Staff told us they weren’t allowed to call the owners of the cars cell phones to move their cars. We were eventually able to stretch a cable to another space. EV charging was used in my search criteria to choose this hotel. There is a sign for those spots. Otherwise, nice place, friendly staff and good breakfast.

Upon arrival to our hotel friday, we walked in and were hit with a terrible smell, itsmelled like an old musty basement. The next morning we wake up and all of our shoes and slippers are soaking wet from sitting underneath the window.The windows had literal pools of water on this window sills, which dripped down and got our shoes all wet. I then noticed in the outside vent of the air conditioner/ heater unit, there was black mold, covering every surface. My four year old myself and my husband were sick.The entire four days we were there.Coughing, extremely bad and completely stuffed up to the point we could not breathe at night, which led us not to sleep well. Very disappointed with the staff.Because upon checkout, I had photo proof to show them the water and the mold, and they did absolutely nothing to compensate us for dealing with those things. This was supposed to be a birthday trip for my daughter who just turned four november tenth and myself.Whose birthday's december 1st and we ended up being so sick that we could barely do much.
